Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Licensed California talent agency seeking a highly organized and EXTREMELY responsive virtual assistant to help with talent submissions and audition coordination. Need to Hire Within 24 Hours VA Needs to be available M-F 9am-5pm PST Responsibilities include: Submitting talent on Casting Networks, Actors Access, Backstage, etc. Reviewing casting breakdowns Organizing talent materials Sending audition/self-tape requests Tracking auditions and callbacks Updating spreadsheets and internal databases Managing fast-moving casting opportunities Ideal candidate: Fast learner Strong written English Highly organized Detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment Prior experience with casting platforms is a HUGE plus Must be highly responsive during work hours.
