Virtual Assistant for Webflow Blog Publishing + Client Communication (Digital Marketing Agency)

We're a small Webflow-focused digital marketing agency working with SaaS and high-ticket service clients. We're looking for a reliable VA to take recurring publishing and communication tasks off our plate so the team can stay focused on strategy and client work. What you'll do: - Publish blog posts into Webflow CMS from finished drafts: formatting, headings, images, meta titles and descriptions, internal links, and scheduling - Do a final QA pass before posts go live (broken links, alt text, formatting consistency) - Light client communication: scheduling, status check-ins, and routine follow-ups using templates and direction we provide - Keep simple trackers and publishing calendars current What we're looking for: - Hands-on Webflow CMS experience (please name specific projects or sites you've published to) - Strong written English and a professional, clear tone for client-facing messages - Detail orientation. We care about formatting and accuracy, not just speed - Self-management.
