Virtual Assistant for YouTube Channel Management – Long-Term Position

🔍 About the Role We're looking for a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us manage and grow our YouTube business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Google Drive, and video platforms. 🧩 Your Responsibilities You will work closely with our creative and production team to ensure smooth delivery of content. Tasks include: ✅ Video Uploading & Formatting ✅ Admin work (invoices/ SOP creation ..) ✅ Write SEO Description + Follow our Channel Post framing ✅ Quality Control of scripts and edited videos ✅ Team & Project Coordination: follow up with video editors, track deadlines ✅ Generate YouTube Titles & Descriptions using ChatGPT (SOP provided) ✅ Voiceover management: create/upload voiceovers via our tools/ when needed ✅ Reply to YouTube Comments (using SOPs and templates) ✅ Animate youtube community tab ✅ Admin & Billing Follow-up (Google Sheets / Drive) 🎯 Ideal Candidate Fluent in English (spoken & written) Reliable, organized, and autonomous Familiar with YouTube or content publishing workflows Familiar with searched Based Channel Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Google Drive, Trello/Notion Bonus: Understands French or has experience with international audiences 📩 To Apply Please send a short message answering the following: What’s your experience with YouTube or video content?
