Virtual Assistant - legal office

Seeking a virtual personal assistant who will be solidly available in the Pacific Standard Time zone for: - researching ideas and concepts - data entry and analysis. Lots of forms. - light bookkeeping in QB Online - making arrangements / scheduling - calendaring and task management - contacting courts, clients, opposing counsel - being highly professional, succinct, and follow rules of BC statutes 100% of the time - double check everything, and triple check when it's important Must be a superstar in Word & Excel, (and their Google equivalents), PDFs, Google drive, and ChatGPT/Gemini. Must have flawless and immaculate written English and communications. Must work well independently and have strong intuition and perfectionism. Must be okay with data entry tasks, like extracting details from PDFs and entering them into Excel. Will be my assistant for client-facing matters, so excellent email professionalism is vital. Common sense and etiquette are highly needed. Must be responsive, quick, and have a strong work ethic. Must self-edit work and deliver excellence - no mistakes EVER. Must be available in the PST time zone and rapidly responsive to requests. Legal experience or education is strongly valued. My budget is my budget, not a negotiation. A successful candidate will increase rate every 6-12 months if earned.
