Virtual Assistant with Sales Experience Needed for Lead Follow-Up & Client Management We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with strong communication and sales skills to help manage leads, follow up with prospects, book appointments, and assist with converting opportunities into customers. This role combines administrative support with lead management and sales follow-up. You do not need to be a high-pressure salesperson, but you should be comfortable speaking with business owners, asking questions, identifying needs, and helping prospects move through the sales process. TAPNET provides AI-powered lead generation, website chat automation, and pay-per-lead services to businesses across North America. Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads by email, phone, and LinkedIn. Respond to inquiries and answer basic questions about our services. Schedule discovery calls and demos. Maintain and update CRM records. Send follow-up emails and proposals. Re-engage older leads and prospects. Track sales pipeline activity and lead status. Assist with customer onboarding and account follow-up. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services. Ideal Candidate Previous Virtual Assistant experience. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Organized and detail-oriented. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or account Management is an asset. Able to work independently and follow established processes. Bonus Experience B2B sales. Digital marketing. Lead generation services. SaaS or technology products. AI tools and automation platforms.
