Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Virtual Assistant to support our growing business on a long-term basis. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can manage bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks Online and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Daily bookkeeping and financial record maintenance • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Invoice, bill, and expense processing • Financial reporting and spreadsheet management • Data entry and record keeping • Email and calendar management • General virtual assistant and administrative support • Maintaining organized and accurate financial records Required Skills: • Bookkeeping • Accounting • Xero • QuickBooks Online • Bank Reconciliation • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • Microsoft Excel • Google Sheets • Data Entry • Virtual Assistance • Financial Reporting What We Expect: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours How We Work: We value professionalism, accountability, and clear communication.
