HIRING: Virtual Assistant for The Mama Method My name is Natalie, and I am the creator and founder of a health and wellness app for postpartum women called The Mama Method. My business is growing, and I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support the backend of my daily and weekly tasks. I have two little ones as well (ages 2 and 6 months) so I need help asap! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves systems, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys supporting a mission-driven brand focused on helping moms rebuild their best selves through meals, movement, and mindset. **This a potential LONG TERM role, but will start with a 3 month trial period to ensure a good fit for both of us** Responsibilities: Organizing and managing content Helping create and maintain business systems/workflows Backend admin support inside my app/platform which includes uploading workouts to YouTube and adding recipes into the app back office Scheduling newsletters and in-app content Assisting with content planning and organization Supporting social media management and keeping tasks moving BONUS: Social media/content creation experience across all platforms (IG, Youtube, TikTok) Ideal Candidate: Type A personality Extremely detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Excellent communicator Proactive and resourceful Comfortable learning new platforms quickly Able to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball Passionate about health, wellness, motherhood, or fitness is a huge plus Bonus Skills: Social media management Canva experience Email marketing Content organization/planning Basic video editing About The Mama Method: The Mama Method supports postpartum women through realistic nutrition, strength training, and mindset coaching to help them rebuild their confidence, strength, and routines after motherhood.
