Virtual Assistant – Screen Printing & Embroidery Business We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing screen printing and embroidery business. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Enter invoices and purchase orders into QuickBooks and Google Sheets Send shipping invoices and assist with order processing Add and manage orders in Printavo Review and follow up on old/open invoices Create simple mockups for customers when needed Maintain accurate records and organized files Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Strong attention to detail Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to learn quickly and eventually work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic business software Experience with QuickBooks is preferred Experience with Printavo, screen printing, embroidery, or apparel production is a plus Overseas applicants are welcome Position Details Part-time position Hours/time commitment TBD (estimated a few hours per day) Flexible schedule possible Ideal Candidate You are organized, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to keep track of multiple tasks without missing details. Bonus points if you have experience in the custom apparel, embroidery, or screen printing industry.
