# Content Research & AI Script Writing Virtual Assistant ## Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who excels at research, content creation, and AI-powered script writing. This role will support our growing Airbnb education and mentorship company by researching topics, organizing information, and creating high-quality video scripts that will be used inside our online community, course modules, YouTube content, Instagram content, and training programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knows how to leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to create educational content quickly and efficiently. ## Responsibilities ### Research & Content Development * Conduct in-depth research on Airbnb, short-term rentals, rental arbitrage, business funding, entrepreneurship, credit, and related topics. * Gather relevant statistics, trends, examples, and case studies. * Organize information into easy-to-follow training materials. ### AI Script Writing * Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create detailed video scripts. * Turn rough ideas into complete educational lessons. * Create scripts for: * Course modules * Training videos * Skool community content * YouTube videos * Instagram Reels * Webinar presentations * Workshop materials ### Course Development * Assist in building out course curriculum and lesson structures. * Break down complex topics into simple, beginner-friendly explanations. * Ensure content is engaging, actionable, and easy to understand. ### Content Organization * Create outlines and lesson plans. * Organize content into modules and categories. * Maintain documentation and SOPs for future content creation. ## Requirements ### Must Have: * Strong research skills. * Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools. * Excellent written English. * Ability to simplify complex topics. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines consistently. ### Preferred: * Experience creating online courses. * Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals. * Knowledge of Skool, Kajabi, Teachable, or other online learning platforms. * Experience writing educational content and training materials. Bonus points if you've worked with course creators, coaches, educators, or online communities before.
