We're looking for a reliable freelance Virtual Assistant who enjoys organization, systems, and helping things run behind the scenes. This is a generalist role focused on supporting day-to-day operations and keeping projects moving forward. What Kind of Work Environment Should You Expect? - A fully-remote business. You're welcome to work from anywhere you want. We have no offices. - We use freelance, contract-based agreements that match a flexible working environment. - A slow-paced environment. We strongly believe in a well-balanced life. Extra hours and urgent tasks are a big no-no. - Friendly, calm, and professional. We can enjoy good work relationships because systems are in place and communication is clear. - Global. What Tasks Exactly You Will Handle? - Organizing Google Drive folders and files - Uploading and downloading documents, images, and other assets - Data entry and spreadsheet updates - Basic research tasks - Managing and organizing internal documentation - Updating website content and business systems - Assisting with general administrative projects Compensation This is a freelance contractor position. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and availability. Please include your preferred hourly rate when applying.
