Virtual Assistant

We're looking for an experienced administrative assistant that will operate Employee Navigator software, including building custom plans, auditing data, creating open enrollment windows, closing open enrollment windows, pulling reports, refining data and sending reports for processing. Experience with Employee Navigator is not needed but it's a strong plus if you have it. We're willing to train the right person. In this role, you'll communicate with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely building and processing of benefit enrollments. We use Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication so experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. You'll troubleshoot basic issues with Employee Navigator, or escalate as needed. You'll need to check teams messages and emails throughout the shift for updates. You'll conduct regular checks and pass data on as needed. This contract role requires the ability to speak and write English fluently. This contract role requires that you work Mountain Standard Hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. There is no weekend work and we are closed on most United States Federal Holidays. This contract role requires that you bring your own device and have a machine that can operate Windows 10 Pro or better. This contract role requires a stable internet connection that can support video calls.
