Summary We are a rapidly expanding, U.S.-based garage door company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to oversee our administrative operations and client communication. Responsibilities: * Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, daily updates, and support through messaging channels and email. * Administrative Operations: Maintain up-to-date project boards, manage internal documentation, and ensure the timely completion of all tasks and details. * Model & Blueprint Execution: Develop operational models to execute daily agency tasks accurately, while actively identifying areas for improvement. * Digital Workspace Management: Organize files, manage company calendars, and ensure data integrity across our platforms. * Coordination & Tracking: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and meticulously document and track action items. * Experience in Building or Improving Operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
