Job Title: Virtual Assistant & Booking Agent for Music Consultant / Performer (15 hrs/week) ​Hourly Rate: $3.50 - $4.00/hr (Depending on experience) Hours: 15 hours per week (Flexible schedule, with some overlapping hours for daily syncs) ​About the Role: ​I am an established musical performer, educator, podcaster, and music consultant looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Assistant to act as my "booking agent" and growth partner. If you love music, education, and love seeing projects grow from the ground up, this is the perfect role for you. ​You will not just be doing data entry; you will be helping me actively build my business, find performance gigs, and book new students. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Lead Generation & Booking: Research and build lists of potential gig venues (nursing homes, community centers, party planners, and event organizers) in specific regions. ​Outreach Support: Help draft and manage email/message outreach to book live musical performances. ​Student Recruitment: Identify platforms and target audiences to promote my private and online music lessons. ​Tech & Content Assistance: Help manage basic software tools and utilize AI video/audio tools to create promotional clips and social media content for my brand. ​Requirements: ​A Passion for Music/Education: You genuinely enjoy the creative and educational space. ​Strong Research Skills: You know how to use Google, LinkedIn, and social media to find contact names, emails, and phone numbers. ​Excellent Written English: You can draft polite, professional outreach messages. ​AI & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic digital tools, and a willingness or experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, video generators, etc.) to help create content. ​Highly Organized: Reliable, communicative, and able to do a quick daily check-in to keep our momentum going. ​To Apply: ​Please reply with a short intro about your experience, why you are interested in working with a musician/educator, and your familiarity with tech or AI video tools.
