**Part-Time Contract Administrative Assistant – Homeowner Portal & Document Management** **Remote | 10–15 Hours Per Week** We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help maintain our homeowner communication and document management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and fluent in English. ### Responsibilities * Upload and organize documents within our homeowner portal (ComWeb) * Maintain and organize files in Google Drive * Update and maintain marketing and tracking spreadsheets * Ensure documents are properly categorized and accessible * Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned * Communicate professionally with team members when needed ### Qualifications * Fluent in written and spoken English * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and online portals * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Reliable internet connection and computer * Previous administrative experience preferred but not required ### Bonus Qualifications * Bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required * Experience working with homeowner associations, property management, or document management systems is beneficial ### Compensation * Starting pay: **$6.00 per hour** * Additional compensation increases may be available for candidates who demonstrate proven experience and exceptional performance ### Schedule * Part-time * Approximately **10–15 hours per week** * Flexible scheduling available If you are organized, dependable, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our team, we'd love to hear from you.
