Summary

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our operations across multiple functions — from managing our CRM (GoHighLevel), to performing Quality Assurance on leads, to supporting us with candidate qualification during hiring. Responsibilities GHL (GoHighLevel) Management Organize and manage client accounts, pipelines, automations, and campaigns. Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across all sub-accounts. Handle routine updates, tagging, and workflow checks. Lead Quality Assurance Review lead recordings and transcripts to ensure quality standards are being met. Score leads based on set KPIs (motivation, urgency, tonality, etc.). Provide weekly QA reports to management. Hiring & Candidate Qualification Screen and pre-qualify applicants based on set criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Assist in managing candidate databases and communication. General VA Tasks Research, reporting, and follow-up tasks as assigned. Support team members with admin and organizational needs. Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs. Experience with Quality Assurance or reviewing calls/leads is a plus. Comfortable handling recruitment tasks (screening, scheduling, follow-ups). Excellent communication skills — written and spoken. Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Tools You’ll Be Using GoHighLevel (GHL) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Communication apps (Slack, Teams, etc.) Project/task management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) What We Offer Long-term, stable position with growth opportunities.
