I’m a content creator and social media consultant looking for a reliable, organized virtual assistant to help manage the operational side of my business. I run a personal content brand (across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), a monthly podcast, a weekly newsletter, and freelance social media project management work for clients. I need someone to take repetitive and administrative tasks off my plate so I can focus on content, strategy, and client relationships. This is a part-time, ongoing role at 15 hours per week. You must be available and responsive during US Eastern Time business hours. What You’ll Do: Content Operations • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn using a content calendar I provide • Build and update simple graphics in Canva using my existing brand templates and color palette • Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips or captions when needed (training provided) Community & Inbox Management • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across platforms using approved response guidelines • Flag brand inquiries, collaboration requests, and time-sensitive messages for my review • Sort and organize inbound emails Newsletter Support • Format and schedule the weekly newsletter from drafts I provide • Manage subscriber list, basic list hygiene, and send-time scheduling Brand Outreach Support • Research brands and contacts that fit a target list I provide • Draft outreach emails using a template I supply, customized per brand • Track outreach status and follow-ups in a simple tracker (Google Sheets, Notion, or similar) Podcast Coordination • Schedule guest interviews and manage calendar invites • Send pre-interview prep materials to guests • Coordinate with editors/collaborators on turnaround timelines General Admin • Manage and organize my calendar • Track invoices and follow up on outstanding payments • Light project management support for client deliverables (task tracking, deadline reminders) What I’m Looking For Required • Available consistently during Eastern Time business hours, 15 hrs/week (schedule can be flexible within that window) • Strong written English and clear, professional communication • Comfortable navigating Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn as platforms • Experience with Canva • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once given direction • Reliable internet and ability to join occasional video calls Nice to Have • Experience supporting a content creator, influencer, or social media agency • Familiarity with newsletter platforms (Substack, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar) • Experience with project management tools (Todoist, Asana, Notion, or similar) • Basic video editing or clipping skills (CapCut, Descript, or similar) • Experience with cold outreach or lead tracking
