Hello, We are looking for a virtual assistent /recruiter for the following tasks: - Recruiting, filtering and informing potential candidates via calling, e-mailing and messaging - Consistent and correct data entry in system after each contact - Guiding and enthusing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process - Communicating and discussing candidates with partner companies - Ensuring an optimal candidate journey and handling of sensitive information. The candidates are Dutch or German native speakers so you have to be able to speak English well. Furthermore, fluency is expected in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German or Moroccan (Derija and/or Berber). Procedure of selection All proposals after the deadline will not be considered! After all proposals are in they will be evaluated. Those with the best proposals (price and quality) will be invited for a (zoom) call after which the decision for the best match for this job will be made. If you are selected, you will receive a short training and all necessary documents/information to be able to do the job. You will be handling sensitive client information so you will be expected to sign a confidentially agreement as well as a requirement of doing the job. No prior experience in recruitment is needed so everybody is welcome. BONUS: Apart from the fixed hourly price, after gaining enough experience you'll be eligible able to earn a very attractive bonus on certain months of the year for every candidate you recruit (conditions apply)!!
