Summary

We are seeking a customer service professional to support hotel guests with virtual check-in and check-out processes. We have installed Doorbell cameras at our locations and your job would be to monitor the camera activity and assist the guest when needed. This would be mainly assisting them with booking the reservation. Payment would be $300 per month. You will be able to continue other work while you monitor the screens and jump into the conversation with the guest only when needed.
