Virtual Healthcare Support Assistant (Chinese)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Virtual Healthcare Support Assistant who speaks Mandarin to provide remote administrative and operational support to a healthcare team. The selected professional will assist with documentation, information organization, scheduling coordination, follow-up communications, and other assigned support activities. This position is focused on administrative and operational assistance and does not involve providing independent medical advice or making clinical decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures and instructions. Key Responsibilities • Assist with organizing and maintaining healthcare-related documentation. • Enter and update information in designated electronic systems and databases. • Assist with administrative aspects of scheduling and follow-up activities. • Contact individuals by telephone to provide non-clinical information, confirm appointments, coordinate follow-ups, or complete other assigned administrative tasks. • Handle incoming communications and direct requests to the appropriate team member when necessary. • Support healthcare team members with documentation and administrative workflows. • Organize information accurately and maintain up-to-date records. • Follow established company procedures and instructions. • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business or personal information. • Communicate professionally with team members and individuals contacted as part of assigned tasks. • Complete other administrative and operational support activities related to the position. Qualifications & Requirements • Excellent spoken and written Mandarin. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Previous experience in healthcare administration, customer support, medical administration, virtual assistance, or a similar environment is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment. • Reliable, professional, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. • Comfortable working with computer systems, databases, communication platforms, and standard office software. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. • Previous experience working remotely is preferred but not required. Role Scope This position is strictly focused on administrative, documentation, coordination, and operational support. Any clinical matters will be handled by appropriately qualified and authorized healthcare professionals.
