Summary

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become part of my team long-term. This position is focused on managing our weekly operational data and providing ongoing administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and following repeatable processes. Primary Responsibilities Weekly Data Processing (Every Wednesday) Each week you will take ownership of preparing our raw sales data for payroll processing. Responsibilities include: Downloading raw sales files from our shared Dropbox. Reviewing and cleaning the raw sales data. Identifying and removing duplicate entries according to our procedures. Organizing and separating sales by Agent Code. Making sure each sale is assigned to the correct agent. Verifying the accuracy of the cleaned data before importing it into our payroll spreadsheet. Entering the finalized data into our custom Google Sheets payroll system. Generating weekly pay reports. Performing a final quality check before notifying me that payroll reports are complete. Accuracy is extremely important since this information is used to calculate weekly commissions. Administrative Support As you become familiar with our business, you'll also assist with operational tasks such as: Updating agent work locations and territories when requested. Making administrative changes in our internal systems. Maintaining Google Sheets and company records. Organizing files and documentation. Internet research and other administrative projects. Assisting with miscellaneous business operations as needed. Some requests are time-sensitive, so I'm looking for someone who is responsive during agreed-upon business hours. Requirements Excellent attention to detail. Strong Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel skills. Comfortable working with large datasets. Experience cleaning and organizing spreadsheets. Able to identify patterns and catch mistakes. Strong written English. Reliable internet connection. Dependable and trustworthy. Workload Approximately 2–6 hours per week to start. Weekly recurring work every Wednesday. Additional administrative tasks throughout the week as needed. Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows. Training Our payroll system has already been built. I'll provide detailed written and video training that explains exactly how to clean the data, remove duplicates, organize sales by Agent Code, generate reports, and complete each administrative task. No payroll experience is required. I'm looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in accurate work. To Apply Please include: Your experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
