Lucky Dove Home Care is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and compassionate Virtual Operations Assistant to support our growing home care agency. If you enjoy communicating with people, solving scheduling challenges, and helping caregivers and clients receive exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. Position Details Position: Virtual Operations Assistant Location: Remote Pay: $8.00/hour Schedule: 10–20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to grow to up to 40 hours per week based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do As our Virtual Operations Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations by: - Communicating with clients, caregivers, and office staff - Scheduling and coordinating caregiver shifts - Responding to calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly - Recruiting, screening, and coordinating caregiver applicants - Assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records - Helping resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needs - Performing general administrative and operational support tasks We're Looking For Someone Who: - Has excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Can multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment - Is dependable, professional, and customer-service focused - Is comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online scheduling tools - Can work independently while collaborating with a remote team Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience working in the home care, caregiving, or healthcare industry is highly preferred. - Experience working for a non-medical home care agency or similar organization (such as a caregiver staffing or home health agency) is a strong advantage. - Experience in caregiver scheduling, client coordination, recruiting, or healthcare administration is a plus.
