Virtual Relocation Assistant & Local Research (Curitiba, Brazil)

About Me & The Role: I am a software professional relocating from Europe (Poland) to Curitiba, Brazil in the coming weeks. I am looking for a smart, highly organized, and trustworthy Virtual Assistant living in Curitiba to act as my remote "right hand." I need someone with deep local knowledge of Curitiba to help me navigate the relocation process digitally, and then transition into a long-term remote role managing my daily administrative tasks. Please note: This is a 100% remote, computer/phone-based role. Key Responsibilities (All done remotely via phone/internet): 1. Relocation & Housing Research: * Apartment Hunting: Contact local real estate agents (*imobiliárias*) to shortlist high-standard apartments in safe neighborhoods that accept foreigners. * Virtual Tours: Coordinate with real estate agents to set up live video tours of the apartments for me. * Bureaucracy Prep: Research the exact documentation needed for FP appointments (CRNM) and CPF registration, and help me book the appointments online. 2. Remote Translation & Problem Solving: * Service Setup: Call local providers (Claro/Vivo/Starlink) to arrange internet installation for my arrival. * Live Support: Be available via WhatsApp/Phone to act as my translator when I am dealing with local customer service, delivery drivers, or technicians. * Dispute Resolution: Call service providers to solve problems or negotiate on my behalf in fluent Portuguese. 3. Lifestyle & Administration: * Local Research: Find and vet English-speaking doctors/dentists, gyms, and Portuguese tutors in Curitiba. * Digital Errands: Make restaurant reservations, research weekend trips, and send me links to purchase specific items on Mercado Livre or Amazon Brazil. Requirements: * Location: You MUST live in Curitiba, PR. (I need your deep local knowledge of the city's neighborhoods and local agencies.
