Looking for a Virtual Sales Agent to handle outbound calling, appointment setting, email campaigns, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have: 1. Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and email marketing or B2B services. 2. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). 3. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Instantly, Zoho, Salesforce) and email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). 4. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting: - Conduct cold and warm calls to prospects. - Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. 2. Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Google, industry directories). - Maintain and update lead databases in CRM. 3. Follow-Up & Relationship Building: - Consistently follow up with leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking: - Provide daily/weekly reports on calls made, appointments set, and email metrics. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in sales, or B2B lead generation. Job Type & Compensation: 1. Remote, Part-time/Full-time (Flexible hours, depending on availability). 2.
