Role Description The Virtual Sales Agent is a, remote role responsible for driving revenue and building strong customer relationships through virtual channels. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to qualify leads, present Omni Studio’s solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process. You will explain product features and pricing, address questions and objections, and coordinate demos or follow-up conversations as needed. As our Virtual Sales Agent, you'll own the entire top of our sales funnel. That means you're the engine behind our pipeline: hunting down promising B2B leads, picking up the phone and making first contact, telling the Omni story in a way that lands, and booking qualified demos for our team to close. It's a role that rewards persistence, personality, and the ability to make people feel understood in the first thirty seconds of a call. What You'll Do Find the right leads.Dig across multiple platforms — LinkedIn, industry directories, trade associations, local business listings, and online communities — to build targeted lists of trades and service businesses that fit our ideal customer profile. You'll learn to spot a good-fit lead at a glance. Make the first call. Reach out by phone with confidence and warmth, breaking the ice and earning a few minutes of a busy owner's time. You'll handle objections gracefully and keep the conversation moving forward. Tell the Omni story. Clearly and compellingly explain what Omni Studio is, how it plugs into the tools owners already rely on, and why it gives them their evenings back. You'll translate "software" into real, tangible benefits the customer actually cares about. Qualify thoughtfully. Ask the right questions to understand each prospect's needs, current pain points, budget, and decision-making process — so the demos you book are genuinely worth our team's time and theirs. Book the demo. Convert qualified, interested prospects into scheduled demo meetings, coordinating calendars and setting the stage so the conversation picks up exactly where you left off. Stay organized. Keep clean, accurate records of every prospect, conversation, and next step, and follow up consistently so no warm lead ever slips through the cracks. What We're Looking For Proven experience in outbound sales, or an SDR/BDR role— ideally selling B2B or SaaS, though a hungry generalist with the right instincts will thrive too. Outstanding spoken and written English, with a confident, friendly, and persuasive telephone manner that puts people at ease. A natural researcher and prospector who enjoys the hunt and knows how to find decision-makers across digital platforms. The ability to explain technology simply— turning features into benefits a non-technical business owner immediately gets. Self-motivated and disciplined. You can manage your own day, hit your targets, and stay productive in a fully remote environment without someone looking over your shoulder.
