Virtual Sales Representative / Cold Caller (Remote | Commission Only) Axion Media is a US-based digital marketing agency that helps local service businesses grow through high-converting paid advertising and lead generation. We’re looking for a confident, English-fluent Cold Caller / Sales Representative to help us connect with business owners across the United States, book qualified discovery calls, and close new clients. Responsibilities * Call 80–100 local businesses per day from a provided lead list * Prospect and qualify new leads * Have natural, professional conversations with business owners * Overcome objections and build rapport * Book qualified discovery calls * Follow up with interested prospects via phone, email, or SMS * Close clients when the opportunity arises * Update all call outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and Google Sheets Requirements * Fluent English with a clear, professional speaking voice * Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred * Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling rejection * Reliable internet connection and a quality headset * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Experience with digital marketing or Meta Ads is a plus, but not required Compensation 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary) * Earn 10% of the first month’s payment for every client you successfully close. * Unlimited earning potential—there is no cap on commissions. * Example: * Close a client paying $2,000/month → You earn $200 * Close a client paying $5,000/month → You earn $500 If you’re confident on the phone, enjoy sales, and are motivated by performance-based pay, we’d love to have you on the Axion Media team.
