Virtual Try-On / WebAR Developer
Worldwide
About Vyro Vyro is a startup building a Virtual Try-On solution for e-commerce stores specializing in glasses, watches, and fashion accessories. Our goal is to help customers virtually try products before purchasing by using their device camera, creating a more engaging shopping experience and helping customers better visualize products online. For this project, we are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us build the first MVP version of the service. Project Requirements We want to build a realistic live camera Virtual Try-On experience that can be integrated into e-commerce websites. The Virtual Try-On should allow customers to see products on themselves in real time using their camera. The solution should support: * Glasses * Watches * Fashion Accessories The experience should include: * Face tracking for glasses and facial accessories. * Accurate positioning and tracking. * Proper product scaling. * Smooth movement while the user moves. * Mobile and desktop browser support. * Professional and realistic visual quality. The products should not appear as simple filters or flat images placed on top of the camera feed. We are looking for a realistic experience suitable for real e-commerce use. Product Onboarding Our preference is to use the product images that already exist on store websites. We want to minimize the amount of additional work required from stores. Ideally, the solution should be able to use existing product images and convert them into assets suitable for Virtual Try-On while maintaining realistic quality. Please explain: * Whether product images alone are sufficient. * Whether 3D models are required. * If 3D models are needed, can they be generated from existing product images? * The expected quality and limitations. * The onboarding process for new products. Platform Architecture We do not want separate installations for each store. Instead, we want Vyro to operate as a centralized service. The expected workflow is: * A store integrates the Vyro solution into its website. * A Try-On button appears on product pages. * Customers use the Virtual Try-On directly from the store website. * The service itself remains hosted and managed by Vyro. We want the solution to function like a subscription-based service that can be connected to stores while remaining under Vyro’s control. The system should allow us to: * Add and manage stores. * Add and manage products. * Control store access centrally. * Enable or disable access when needed. * Manage subscriptions. If a store cancels its subscription, we should be able to disable access from our side without requiring changes on the store’s website. MVP Scope For this initial phase, the implementation is intended for a single store only. The objective of this project is to build, test, and validate the Virtual Try-On experience with one participating store before expanding further. However, the architecture should be designed with future scalability in mind. While the first implementation will be deployed for a single store, we would like the solution to support future expansion to additional stores without requiring a complete rebuild of the system. Please explain how your proposed solution can support this future growth while keeping the initial MVP simple and cost-effective. What We Need From You Please include: * Previous Virtual Try-On projects. * AR / WebAR experience. * Face Tracking or Product Visualization projects. * Recommended technical approach. * Technologies or SDKs you recommend. * Expected quality and limitations. * Estimated timeline. * Estimated cost. Important We are not looking to build a custom AI engine from scratch at this stage. We are looking for a practical and cost-effective MVP using the best available technologies that can deliver a realistic Virtual Try-On experience and be integrated into e-commerce stores. The most important factors for us are: 1. Realistic Virtual Try-On quality. 2. Accurate tracking and positioning. 3. Ability to work primarily from existing product images. 4. Easy integration into store websites. 5. Centralized management and subscription control through Vyro.
