Virtual assistant

Title: Virtual Assistant — Email Support & Operations for Streetwear E-Commerce Brand (20-30 hrs/wk) Description: Apprved is a growing streetwear/slogan tee brand on Shopify. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to own our email/customer support inbox and help run day-to-day operations as we scale. What you'll do: Manage and respond to customer support emails (order status, returns, sizing questions, general inquiries) Coordinate with our fulfillment partner on order issues, delays, and shipping questions Track and follow up on supplier/vendor communications Help keep Shopify order data, inventory, and basic reporting organized Flag and escalate anything that needs my direct decision (refunds over a threshold, supplier disputes, etc.) Occasional light admin: organizing docs, updating trackers, scheduling You're a good fit if you: Have prior experience supporting a Shopify or e-commerce brand (not just generic VA work) Write clean, professional, on-brand customer emails — no robotic copy-paste responses Are comfortable managing a queue independently and prioritizing without hand-holding Have decent async communication — you update me without me having to chase you Tools we want to use: Shopify, Gmail, [add helpdesk tool if any — Gorgias/Zendesk/none yet] Also include: Must provide e-commerce/Shopify support experience (brand names if possible)
