Virtual brand assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Brand Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our fine jewelry brand. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and track customer orders from inquiry to delivery. * Coordinate with the production team and factory to ensure timely completion of orders. * Delegate and follow up on tasks with team members and external suppliers. * Arrange deliveries and monitor shipment status. * Maintain accurate order records and customer information. * Assist with customer communication regarding order updates and appointments. * Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed. Requirements: * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. * Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or order management tools is a plus.
