Key Responsibilities Source 77 Specific Images: Match each item on our location log (attractions, restaurants, specific street corners, local dishes) with an appropriate photo. Verify Legal Licensing: Every photo MUST be strictly Public Domain, CC0, or under an unrestricted open commercial license requiring no permission or attribution. Aesthetic Selection: Select images that look like genuine, unedited user-generated content (casual angles, natural lighting). Avoid studio lighting, high-contrast HDR, or marketing agency photos. Privacy & Content Verification: Inspect every image before saving to ensure there are NO recognizable faces of strangers, school uniforms, vehicle license plates, or visible residential house numbers. Format & Standardized Naming: Convert all files to .jpg format and apply our strict naming convention (e.g., MEX-01a.jpg, LON-04a.jpg). Google Drive Organization: Upload files directly into their respective city folders inside our provided Google Drive directory (e.g., /Wandora Photos/Mexico City/). Project Scope & Structure Total Deliverables: 77 photos across 23 city folders. Estimated Time: 6 to 10 hours. Contract Type: Fixed Price ($75 – $150 USD total) divided into two milestones: Milestone 1 ($20 USD): Paid test batch of 10 photos (Mexico City) to verify licensing accuracy, aesthetic match, and file naming.
