Visual Designer (Freelance / Monthly Retainer) – F&B / Beverage Brand

We are looking for a freelance visual designer to support our growing F&B beverage brand on an ongoing monthly basis. Our brand already has an established identity rooted in Asian beverage culture, and we are looking for someone with strong design taste who can help elevate our visual presence while maintaining consistency with our existing brand direction. **Working Style / Scope Clarification** Our internal marketing team will provide campaign direction, promotional concepts, messaging, and content needs. This role is primarily focused on visual execution—translating existing ideas into polished, on-brand creative assets—while still leaving room for creative input and design recommendations where appropriate. We are looking for someone who can bring strong design taste, elevate ideas visually, and help maintain a cohesive premium brand presence. **Monthly Scope (Estimated)** This is an ongoing monthly retainer with an estimated scope of: • Up to 6 Instagram Story design requests (each request may include up to 3 story slides/images) • Up to 6 Static Social Media Posts (Instagram feed; Threads and RED adaptations using the same visual asset are included) • Up to 6 Promotional Design Assets (such as in-store signage, event collateral, promotional flyers, simple marketing materials, or campaign support graphics) • Up to 2–3 Short Motion / Animated Assets (simple motion graphics for social content or promotional use) **Revision Policy** • Up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable included • Additional revision rounds or significant scope changes may be billed separately **Ideal Background** We would love someone with experience in: • F&B / beverage / hospitality / cafe / lifestyle brands • Social-first content design • Premium / modern visual aesthetics • Typography, layout, and composition • Working within existing brand systems while keeping campaigns fresh Bonus if you have experience with: • Asian beverage / tea / cafe brands • Packaging design • Motion graphics / animation • Adobe Creative Suite / Figma **To Apply, Please Include** 1. 3–5 relevant portfolio examples (especially F&B / beverage / hospitality work) 2.
