Voice Actor Needed for Licensed AI Voice Cloning

We are seeking talented voice actors to provide professional voice recordings that will be used to create a licensed AI-generated voice. The resulting AI voice will be used exclusively to produce spoken content for one branded digital platform, consisting of: * One branded mobile application distributed through app stores * The corresponding website operating under the same brand * Marketing and promotional content directly related to that app and website This is a paid voice-licensing opportunity. We are not seeking ownership of your natural voice or the exclusive right to prevent you from performing or licensing your voice elsewhere. ## Rights and License The selected voice actor will grant us a non-exclusive license to use the submitted recordings and the resulting AI voice model for the limited purposes described above. The license term will be negotiated and may be either: * Five years; or * In perpetuity The agreement will specifically limit the AI voice’s use to the named branded app, its corresponding website, and directly related promotional content. We will not sell, sublicense, or offer the cloned voice to third parties as a standalone voice, voice model, or text-to-speech product. The voice actor will remain free to perform voice acting services and license their voice to other clients, subject to the final negotiated agreement. ## Scope of Work The project may include: * Recording a professionally prepared voice-training script * Providing clean, high-quality audio files * Recording revisions or additional lines when reasonably necessary * Authorizing the recordings to be used to train and operate an AI voice model * Reviewing and signing a written voice-licensing and AI-use agreement The final recording length, script size, technical requirements, compensation, and licensing term will be discussed before the project begins. ## Voice Qualities We Are Seeking We are interested in voices that are: * Engaging and natural * Clear and easy to understand * Expressive without sounding overly theatrical * Suitable for both short-form and long-form spoken content * Consistent in tone, pacing, and pronunciation Professional voice-acting experience is preferred, but we are open to talented performers with strong recording quality and a compelling voice. ## Recording Requirements Applicants should have: * A professional or high-quality home recording setup * A quiet, acoustically treated recording environment * The ability to deliver clean, unprocessed or lightly processed WAV files * Consistent microphone placement and recording levels * Availability for reasonable pickups or corrections ## Compensation Please include separate proposed pricing for: 1. The recording session and delivery of the voice-training dataset 2. A five-year non-exclusive AI voice license 3.
