AI Voice Agent Developer Needed for 2–3 Week MVP

We are looking for an experienced AI developer to help us build a simple but functional AI voice agent MVP. The idea is to create an AI agent that can handle voice-based conversations, understand user input through speech-to-text, respond naturally, and complete basic workflows based on the conversation. This is not meant to be a large enterprise system at this stage. We want a clean MVP that proves the concept and can be improved later. The core requirements include: AI voice conversation flow Speech-to-text integration Text-to-speech response generation Basic conversation memory during a session Ability to handle predefined prompts and user queries Integration with an LLM such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar Simple admin or configuration setup to update prompts or conversation logic Basic testing and deployment support The agent should feel natural, responsive, and easy for users to interact with. We are open to using existing tools or APIs such as OpenAI Realtime API, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Whisper, Vapi, Retell AI, or similar platforms depending on what is most practical for a fast MVP. We are expecting the first version to be completed within 2–3 weeks. The scope will be kept focused, so we are looking for someone who can guide us on the best technical approach and build efficiently.
