# Job Title AI/ML Engineer Needed to Build Voice AI Agent # Job Description We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer or Voice AI Developer to help us build a voice-based AI agent that can communicate with users naturally, understand speech, respond intelligently, and potentially integrate with business systems such as CRM, booking tools, customer support platforms, or internal databases. The goal is to create a reliable AI voice agent that can handle real conversations, understand user intent, respond with low latency, and perform specific actions based on the conversation flow. # What We Need We need someone who can help with one or more of the following: * Build a real-time voice AI agent * Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems * Connect the voice agent with an LLM such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar * Design conversation flows and intent handling * Add memory, context handling, and business logic * Integrate with APIs, CRM, calendar, databases, or third-party tools * Deploy the agent on web, mobile, phone call, or WhatsApp depending on the best approach * Optimize for low latency and natural conversation * Test, debug, and improve response quality # Required Experience The ideal candidate should have experience with: * AI/ML development * LLM integration * Voice AI agents or conversational AI * Speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs * Python, Node.js, or relevant backend technologies * API integrations * Prompt engineering * Real-time audio streaming * Cloud deployment # Preferred Tools / Technologies Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: * OpenAI API / Realtime API * ElevenLabs * Deepgram * Whisper * Twilio Voice * Vapi * Retell AI * LiveKit * LangChain * LlamaIndex * Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or other vector databases * FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or Express * AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Docker # Project Scope We want to start with an MVP first. The MVP should include: 1. A working voice AI agent 2. Natural voice conversation 3. Ability to understand user questions or requests 4. AI-generated responses 5. Basic workflow/action handling 6. Integration with at least one required system or API 7.
