Voice AI Agent for Dealing with Marketing Leads (DeltaV)

For our lead-handling workflow, we need a Voice AI agent built to integrate with Outlook that automatically drafts (or sends) intelligent, context-aware replies to incoming lead emails and tags each one with an urgency label (e.g., Hot/Warm/Cold or Urgent/High/Medium/Low) based on its content, intent, and type. The ideal freelancer has experience with Microsoft Graph API/Outlook integration, building AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI), and prompt engineering for classification and reply-generation tasks. Deliverables include a working agentic automation connected to our Outlook account, configurable urgency categories, tone-matched reply logic, and brief documentation on how to use and adjust the system please apply with relevant past work, your proposed tech stack, and an estimated timeline/cost.
