Title: Build an AI Voice Agent for a Plumbing Company We are looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build an AI voice agent for a plumbing company. The agent will answer incoming calls, speak naturally with customers, gather information about their plumbing issue, and help schedule service appointments. Core responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls when staff members are unavailable * Ask customers questions about their plumbing issue * Identify the type and urgency of the service request * Collect the customer’s name, phone number, address, and relevant details * Schedule appointments based on technician availability * Answer common questions about services, pricing, service areas, and business hours * Transfer urgent or complex calls to a human when needed * Send call summaries and customer information to our CRM * Handle missed calls and after-hours calls The agent should be able to recognize common plumbing requests, including: * Clogged drains * Leaking pipes or faucets * Water heater problems * Toilet repairs * Sewer line issues * Burst pipes * Low water pressure * Emergency plumbing calls Preferred technology: We are open to platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio, GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or a custom solution.
