Voice AI Backend Builder (no code) Wanted

Hey there, we're seeking a no-code/low-code automations operator. We're building Noctave.ai — a voice AI agency helping home service businesses automate their sales and booking with intelligent phone agents. We've got the prompts, the platform, the clients, and the vision. What we need now is a sharp technical operator to own the backend build and deployment side of our business. This isn't a coding job. It's a builder job — someone who thrives on connecting systems, testing workflows, squashing bugs, and making everything just work. What You'll Do: Learn the Noctave.ai (and Nedzo.ai is our backend tech that we are private labeling so this is what you'll use to build and deploy the voice agents) platform inside and out (we'll train you with SOPs and video walkthroughs) Deploy pre-built voice AI agent templates into client workspaces Handle API integrations connecting Noctave to clients' CRMs, booking calendars, and phone systems Build and configure backend automations and workflows Test deployments end-to-end and troubleshoot any issues before go-live Be the go-to technical fixer as we scale — catching glitches, solving edge cases, keeping everything running clean You're the Right Person If You: Have hands-on experience with automation tools (Go High Level, Zapier, Make, or similar) Are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations (no coding required — just configuration) Learn new platforms fast and don't need hand-holding after onboarding Communicate clearly and flag issues proactively Are detail-oriented and love the satisfaction of a clean, fully-functioning build Have experience in voice AI, telephony (Twilio, VAPI, etc.), or AI agent platforms — big bonus What This Role Is NOT: You won't be writing code or developing software You won't be creating prompts or sales scripts (we handle that) You won't be client-facing (we handle that too) What You WILL Get: A front-row seat at a fast-growing voice AI agency Clear SOPs, training videos, and templates from day one Consistent, ongoing work as we onboard new clients The opportunity to grow into our go-to technical lead as Noctave scales Skills We're Looking For: CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred) API & webhook configuration Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) Telephony integrations (Twilio, VAPI, or similar a plus) our platform integrates this automatically AI agent platforms (any experience with voice AI workflows is a major plus) Systematic thinker with strong attention to detail Fast learner who can follow SOPs and improve them If you're a technical ops wizard who wants to be part of something on the cutting edge of AI + home services — apply now and tell us about a backend system you've built or integrated that you're proud of.
