AI Voice Bot Developer – Retell AI + GoHighLevel (3 Bots incl. Prompt Engineering, Milestone-Based)

Overview I run a recruitment agency and need an expert to build a 3-bot AI voice system using Retell AI, integrated with GoHighLevel. This is not just a technical build — prompt engineering and live testing are a required part of every milestone. Each bot must be properly prompted, tested against real scenarios, and approved before the milestone is released. All conversation data is written back to GHL automatically. What's included in every milestone Bot build + GHL integration · Prompt writing and refinement · Test calls against defined scenarios · Documented results shared with me · Revisions until approved · Transcription and summary written back to GHL contact The 3 bots Milestone 1 Bot 1 – Dynamic applicant screener (outbound) Triggered automatically when a new candidate is added to GHL. Calls the applicant and runs a dynamic screening — questions are generated from the job ad so no manual setup is needed per role. Up to 6 call attempts at varied times. Prompt scope: System prompt for the bot persona, dynamic question generation logic, handling of common candidate responses (unavailable, wrong number, language issues), fallback and end-of-call behaviour. All prompts tested against a minimum of 3 real or simulated call scenarios before handover. Milestone 2 Bot 2 – Client-specific screener (outbound) Configured per client with fixed screening criteria tailored to their specific hiring needs. Designed for clients with recurring roles or non-negotiable qualification requirements. Prompt scope: Client-specific persona and tone, structured fixed question flow, handling of edge cases relevant to that client's roles. Prompts tested and refined based on client brief provided by me before work begins. Milestone 3 Bot 3 – Inbound routing bot Handles all incoming calls and routes the caller to the correct bot (Bot 1 or Bot 2). The routing mechanism is open — we expect your recommendation on the best approach (caller ID lookup against GHL, IVR prompt, or other). No inbound call should fall through unhandled. Prompt scope: Greeting and routing dialogue, logic for ambiguous or unrecognised callers, handoff behaviour between bots. Routing scenarios tested end-to-end before handover.
