AI Voice Calling Agent Setup

About us We're a small US-based consumer brand. We run outreach to local businesses (childcare centers / daycares) to introduce them to a product for the families they serve. We already have our script, talking points, FAQ, and follow-up templates written - we just need them built into an automated calling system that runs with minimal hands-on work from us. What we need Set up an automated AI voice-calling pipeline that calls businesses across the US, delivers our provided script, answers common questions from a knowledge base we supply, and automatically sends a follow-up email/SMS with a link - then logs every outcome. We're not asking you to write the strategy; we're asking you to build and automate it. Scope of work Tool setup - Build in Bland AI or Synthflow (whichever you're strongest in - tell us why). Configure outbound/batch dialing and a natural-sounding voice. AI agent configuration - Load our system prompt, knowledge base, and call flow. Tune it to sound warm and human, handle objections, and disclose it's an automated assistant if asked. Lead list building - Build a clean, deduplicated US list (name, phone, email where possible) from public sources and enrichment tools. Starting region: [e.g., Pennsylvania]. Compliance - Scrub against the federal DNC registry, restrict calling to 8am-8pm in each recipient's local time zone, and honor "do not call" requests automatically. Automated follow-up - Wire it (Zapier/Make or native integration) so an "interested" or "send info" outcome automatically triggers our follow-up email and/or SMS. Logging & reporting - Log every outcome and captured contact into a Google Sheet or light CRM, with a simple report (connect rate, positive-response rate, contact-capture rate). Test + handoff - Run a 50-100 call pilot, share recordings, refine, and deliver documentation so we can run and tweak it ourselves. What we provide (after hire) Our script, AI prompt, knowledge base/FAQ, objection handling, and follow-up email/SMS templates, plus the product info and links the agent needs. Tools you'll likely use Bland AI or Synthflow · Zapier or Make · Google Sheets or a light CRM · a scraping/enrichment tool (e.g., Outscraper/Apify, Hunter.io) MUST-HAVE SKILLS Hands-on experience building AI voice agents (Bland AI, Synthflow, Vapi, or Retell AI) - please link examples or a sample call recording. Outbound calling / cold-call campaign setup at volume. Marketing automation (Zapier/Make) and CRM or Google Sheets integration. Lead list building, scraping, and email enrichment. Working knowledge of US calling compliance (TCPA, DNC, time-zone rules). Clear written English and good communication. NICE TO HAVE Experience with US local-business or B2B outreach. Skill writing natural, non-robotic AI prompts. Telephony/caller-ID and number- warmup experience to avoid spam flagging. DELIVERABLES & MILESTONES Plan & tool recommendation - chosen platform, proposed architecture, sample lead list (25 rows) for [target region]. Build - working AI agent with our prompt + knowledge base, DNC-scrubbed list, automated email/SMS follow-up, and logging. Pilot & handoff - 50-100 live calls, recordings, a results report, and documentation.
