Voice AI Engineer – Retell AI, Twilio & CRM Integration

We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to build and optimize production-ready voice agents using Retell AI, Twilio, OpenAI, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building real-world inbound and outbound voice AI systems, integrating CRM platforms, handling appointment booking workflows, lead qualification, call transfers, SMS follow-ups, and webhook-based automations. This is not a simple chatbot project. We are looking for someone who understands conversation design, prompt engineering, workflow automation, API integrations, and production deployment. Responsibilities Build and configure AI Voice Agents using Retell AI Integrate Twilio phone systems Connect OpenAI/LLM models Design conversational flows and call handling logic Implement appointment booking and lead qualification workflows Integrate CRM systems via APIs and webhooks Configure call transfers, voicemail handling, and SMS follow-ups Test and optimize conversation quality and latency Troubleshoot production issues and edge cases.
