AI Voice Receptionist for Service Company

AI Voice Receptionist Developer (Setup, Launch & Stabilization) We are a service company seeking an experienced AI voice automation developer to design, build, launch, and stabilize an AI receptionist system. Our goal is to create a professional AI phone system that reliably handles real customer calls, improves customer experience, and reduces the workload on our office staff. This is not a one-time setup project. We are looking for someone who will remain involved through launch and initial stabilization to ensure the system performs reliably in production. Project Goals The AI receptionist should: • Answer inbound phone calls • Collect customer information • Assist with appointment scheduling • Transfer calls when appropriate • Send SMS follow-up messages • Provide a professional customer experience • Operate reliably in real-world customer interactions Preferred Technologies We are currently considering: • Synthflow • Twilio • ElevenLabs However, we are open to alternative recommendations if they provide a simpler, more reliable, scalable, or cost-effective solution. Ownership & Control Requirements A critical requirement of this project is that the Client retains ownership and administrative control of the final system. Whenever reasonably possible: • Accounts should be created under Client ownership • Phone numbers should remain under Client ownership • Workflows, prompts, automations, documentation, and deliverables must be transferable to the Client • The Client must retain administrative access and control • The system should not depend upon developer-owned accounts or infrastructure If agency pricing, wholesale pricing, or reseller pricing is available, please explain how ownership and portability are handled.
