We are an established true crime YouTube channel specializing in police interrogation breakdowns and documentary-style crime content. With 200+ published videos and a dedicated audience, we produce high-volume, high-quality content sourced from real FOIA police footage. We’re looking for a reliable voiceover artist to become a core part of our production pipeline. What You’ll Be Doing - Narrating true crime documentary-style scripts (interrogation breakdowns, case overviews, crime analysis) - Delivering reads that match the tone and pacing required for each video - Working from finalized scripts provided by our writing team - Turning around recordings on a reliable schedule to keep up with our production pipeline - Communicating with our team regarding revisions and delivery timelines Requirements - Proven experience narrating true crime, documentary, or interrogation-style content - Strong command of pacing, tone, and delivery - Ability to handle dark and sensitive subject matter with the appropriate gravity - Reliable turnaround times and clear communication. We run a tight production schedule and this is absolutely a must have skill. Preferred - Experience narrating for YouTube true crime channels - Familiarity with channels like Explore With Us, The Finest Cam, Dr Insanity, or similar - Ability to deliver multiple tones (e.g., calm analytical vs. intense dramatic reads) Compensation $20 per 1,000–1,500 words paid per script. Volume is consistent and we will be having work very regularly for you.
