AI Voiceover (TTS): Geopolitics / Finance Explainer Series

The project in one paragraph I'm producing a series of long-form explainer videos about citizenship-by-investment programs (countries that sell passports) and how the EU and US are regulating them. The tone is calm, dry, factual, and analytical, a smart person explaining how the world works, not hype. Reference for delivery: the YouTube channel h0ser, casual, understated, conversational. I need a specialist to generate professional AI / text-to-speech narration for the series. Three scripts to start (roughly 15, 20, and 20 minutes); ongoing if it goes well. What I'm hiring for Producing the narration audio from my finished scripts using high-quality AI voice / TTS, tuned to sound natural and consistent, with correct pronunciation throughout. This is a voice/audio role, not editing or motion graphics (that's a separate hire). The audio you deliver gets handed to my editor. What I'll provide Final scripts for all three videos (attached). They're already written clean for TTS (no dashes, plain punctuation). If anything reads awkwardly through your tool, flag it and I'll tweak the script. A pronunciation guide for the tricky names (or we build one together, see below). The voice I want Calm, dry, conversational, analytical. Natural and understated, not an "announcer," not hyped, not salesy. Should sound like a real person talking, good prosody, natural pacing, believable emphasis. The deadpan humor in the script should be able to land. Propose two or three voice options as short samples reading an actual passage from the script (I'll send one). I'll choose one, and we use that same voice across the entire series for consistency. Tooling and quality Use a high-quality TTS platform (e.g., ElevenLabs or comparable), tell me which. Tune the settings (stability, style, pacing, emphasis) for a natural, consistent read, not the default robotic output. Use SSML / pacing controls where needed to get pauses and emphasis right. Document the exact voice and settings you use (voice ID, model, parameters). Because this is a series, I need to be able to reproduce the identical voice on future videos, so this is part of the deliverable. Pronunciation (important) The scripts are full of names a TTS engine will routinely mangle, and getting them right is a credibility issue for this channel. Examples of words that must be pronounced correctly: Countries: Dominica (dom-in-EEK-a, not like the Dominican Republic), Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, Vanuatu, Nauru, São Tomé and Príncipe. Places/terms: Schengen, ETIAS, FinCEN, CECOT. Names: Bukele, Skerrit, Shamkhani, Micheletti. I'd like a pronunciation QC pass on every script, and I'm happy to lock a shared pronunciation guide with you before you do the full read. Deliverables Clean narration audio per video: no artifacts, no clipping, no background noise, consistent volume/loudness. Delivered both as a single full-length file and split into per-section files matching the script's sections (so my editor can place them easily), we can agree on the exact split. High-quality format (WAV preferred, plus MP3), with a clear file naming convention. The documented voice/settings (see above). Rights and licensing (please read) The voice and tool must be licensed for commercial, monetized YouTube use. Confirm this explicitly in your bid. Do not use a cloned voice of any real person without proper rights. Use properly licensed library/synthetic voices only. Work-for-hire: I own the final audio outright, and I get the voice ID/settings so the series can continue with anyone. Process Paid test first. I'll pay for a short test: your two or three proposed voice options reading one 60-90 second passage from the script, tuned to near-final quality with correct pronunciation. That's how we pick the voice and confirm fit. Once the voice is chosen, we do full scripts one at a time. One round of revisions per video for tweaks (pacing, a re-read of a flubbed line, pronunciation fixes); we'll agree on anything beyond that. Tell me your realistic turnaround per ~20-minute script.
