Voiceover for Youtube

I run a YouTube history channel with around 140K subscribers, covering military history topics like wars, weapons, vehicles, and other subjects from the past, and I'm looking for a voiceover artist to take over the narration side of the work. The style I'm after isn't the typical formal documentary tone. I want something more relaxed and conversational, almost like you're casually telling a friend something interesting you just learned. The delivery should feel personal and direct to the viewer, with the occasional direct address to the audience, and a touch of dry humor or light sarcasm. The scripts themselves are written in this voice, so you'd just need to follow that flow naturally. Think less polished documentary, more like telling the story to someone sitting next to you. The narration doesn't need to be flawlessly polished either. Small natural quirks, breath, and personality are actually welcome, since the goal is for the audience to immediately feel they're listening to a real human and not yet another AI voiceover, which there are way too many of these days. Scripts run between 2,500 and 4,500 words depending on the topic. I'm looking for long-term cooperation rather than a one-off project. The channel is also going to be scaled up over the coming months, which means more work coming your way if the arrangement works for you. Here is an example of the script you'd get to work with, to give you a feel for the writing style and pacing: ".... Now as for the German system, it had a single attachment point between the shoulder blades, and all the suspension lines converged into two risers that met at this one spot on the harness. And this now created a completely different jump experience, and an entirely different technique had to be used. The paratrooper had to perform what was called the "pike jump," basically jumping out head first with arms outstretched, because if he jumped feet first like the Allied paratroopers did, the violent shock of the canopy opening would flip him upside down and tangle his legs in the rigging lines, which, you'd agree, isn't really good while falling to the ground. The German paratrooper couldn't steer his chute at all, and the suggested technique was to roll forward when hitting the ground to avoid injuries from a rough landing. In theory at least."
