SECTION 1 — Upwork Job Post Title: Vyond Animator — Long-Term Educational Video Series (40+ videos, ongoing) Category: Video & Animation → 2D Animation (tags: Vyond, GoAnimate, eLearning, Explainer Video) Job description: I'm producing a large educational video series (real estate licensing exam preparation, US audience) and I'm looking for ONE skilled Vyond animator to partner with for the entire run — 40+ videos over the next 12 months, each 5–15 minutes long. What I provide for every video: Finished, professionally recorded voiceover (48kHz/24-bit WAV) Complete script with visual notes (which concepts need diagrams, which need character scenes) A locked style guide after video one (character cast, colors, fonts, pacing) What you provide: Vyond animation built and synced to my voiceover Strict visual consistency with the style guide across every video Accurate diagrams — this is exam-prep content, so the visuals must match the narration exactly (I review every video for accuracy before acceptance) Project/source files delivered with every video; full commercial rights transfer How this will work: Paid audition first: a 60-second test built from my supplied audio ($75 fixed, 2–3 candidates). The winner gets the series. Production runs inside MY Vyond Professional account (I pay for the seat; you work in it). Use your own license for the audition. Fixed price per video, released by milestone on acceptance. 2 revision rounds included per video. Steady pipeline: I deliver audio in batches. Work as fast as you like as long as the work product is consistent and professional. Mixed-media note (important): Some videos will include short screen-recorded segments of handwritten worked examples (pen-on-tablet ink, recorded by me with narration already attached). For those videos, your job is ASSEMBLY, not re-creation: place my ink segments into the video timeline as-is and build clean transitions in and out of them. Do not redraw, re-animate, trace, or "digitize" the handwritten segments — they ship as recorded. The style guide (locked after video one) will define the bridge: matching white backgrounds, a shared color palette between the animation and the ink segments, and one standard transition treatment. If you have experience blending animation with screen-capture footage, mention it in your proposal — it's a plus. To apply, answer these in your proposal: Link 2–3 Vyond samples — training/eLearning content preferred over marketing explainers. Confirm you have your own active Vyond license for the audition, on a plan that supports video upload (the audition includes placing a short video clip I provide). Your rate per finished minute at this volume (40+ videos), and your rate for a typical 10-minute video. Typical turnaround for a 10-minute video, and how many finished minutes you can reliably deliver per week. Will the person who creates my audition video be the same person animating every video in the series? Your timezone and preferred communication channel. Proposals that don't answer all six will not be considered. Looking forward to a long working relationship with the right person. SECTION 2 — Audition Brief (send with the audition WAV + ink clip) Project: ~60-second animation test — "Agency Basics" (audition reel) You will receive two files: Voiceover WAV (~60 seconds, 48kHz/24-bit) — the master audio for the entire piece. Do not edit, trim, or re-level it. Your animation syncs to it as delivered. Ink clip MP4 (~10–15 seconds, silent screen recording of handwritten worked math) — this gets placed INTO your timeline at the marked narration section. Do not redraw, trace, re-animate, or alter it. Your job is clean placement and smooth transitions in and out. Deliverable: 1920×1080 MP4, animation timed to the supplied voiceover, with the ink clip integrated Vyond project file (source) delivered with the export Deadline: 5 days from receiving this brief Content spec — the narration has four sections; each has a visual job: Diagram build (~0:00–0:20): Seller, Buyer, and Broker characters (professional appearance, Vyond standard library) with a labeled connection appearing between Seller and Broker as the narration describes the listing agreement and agency relationship. List build (~0:20–0:33): transition to a clean text build of three fiduciary duties — LOYALTY, CONFIDENTIALITY, DISCLOSURE — each appearing exactly when the voiceover says it, spelled correctly. Ink segment (~0:33–0:48): transition into the supplied ink clip; it plays as recorded while the narration continues over it. Close (~0:48–end): transition back to animation for the wrap line — your choice of closing visual (characters, diagram callback, or title card). Style direction: Clean, uncluttered, professional. Whiteboard style or flat corporate style — your choice; be ready to say why Text legible on a phone screen — err large White/light backgrounds so the ink clip doesn't feel like a foreign object No music, no sound effects, no watermarks or animator branding What I'm judging: Accuracy — visuals match the narration precisely; nothing appears that the narration doesn't support Sync — elements land on the narration's beats, not before or after Transitions — especially into and out of the ink clip; that bridge is a core skill for this series Visual clarity and polish at phone size Communication and hitting the deadline Terms: $75 fixed on delivery. Full commercial rights and source file included. The winning candidate receives the series contract (40+ videos over 12 months).
