Wage Cost Tracking Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet

Hi, I have developed an Excel spreadsheet to track all the costs of wages in my company. I have made it so when I employ someone all of the Terms and Conditions are a drop down election and when they are set up, each week I just want to enter their working hours and all of the cost calculate perfectly. I have this about 80% completed, I just need someone to give it the finishing touches and maybe one piece of VBA. I want a spreadsheet with mostly formulas so I can follow it and update it as needed. I will walk you through what I have, and you can also get an understanding from what I have done on the sheet. It is taking me too long to get perfect and finish, and I have too much other work to do. Thank you Nick
