Walmart Trial Run

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate your ability to take ownership of our Walmart Marketplace account and complete hands-on work that improves SEO, product visibility, conversions, and ultimately sales. Over the next two weeks, you will: Identify and implement the highest-impact opportunities for increasing traffic and sales. Improve Walmart SEO through keyword research and the strategic use of relevant search terms. Optimize product titles, descriptions, key features, attributes, categories, and backend content for Walmart search. Improve Walmart Listing Quality Scores and content completeness where possible. Update and improve existing product listings, including images and product information. Correct listing errors, missing content, suppressed items, and catalog issues. Create approved new listings, variations, bundles, or multipacks when beneficial. Recommend and implement approved pricing, promotion, advertising, and fulfillment strategies. Monitor keyword visibility, traffic, conversions, and sales, then make adjustments based on performance. Communicate with me on ideas, questions, and things that are going well. At the end of the trial, please provide: A record of all completed and published work. Links or item numbers for every listing improved, corrected, or created. The primary search terms targeted for each updated product. Before-and-after Listing Quality Scores and performance results where available. A summary of changes in search visibility, traffic, conversion, advertising performance, and sales. A list of unresolved issues and the actions already taken to resolve them. Clear, sales-focused priorities for the following 30 days. This is a hands-on execution trial. Success will be measured by improvements completed and published, SEO visibility gained, problems resolved, stronger conversion, and sales increased.
