Wanted: CPA or Tax lawyer knowledgeable in NY bonus depreciation

Seeking New York State based CPA or New York admitted tax attorney knowledgeable and preferably experienced in investments which can also be bonus depreciated against New York State and/or City taxes. Knowledge of NY Tax Laws for Resurgence Zone(s), Liberty Zone(s) and real estate required. Must be willing to research independently, read the laws and original source material, understand and explain its conditions in simple terms. I personally have a significant long-term public stock Gain this year and seeking investments which also get bonus depreciation at the NYS level, ideally 100%. There is an opportunity for a long-term relationship and a lot more work year round as I have many returns to do and virtual CFO tasks. Looking to build long-term business relationship. First set of questions: 1) This gain is from a long-term public stock sale in my personal name, so what are my options? 2) What happens to my tax liability if I invest in an Opportunity Zone fund of 1? 3) if I invest in an Opportunity Zone fund in New York, can a tax benefit flow-through to a New York tax return? 4) Does it have to be Real Estate? 5) Has the time to take advantage of the Liberty Zones already fully passed and there’s no way to use it? 6) Can I still take advantage of the Resurgence Zone? 7) Does it have to be real estate? 8) For the Resurgence Zone, would I have to have owned the business pre-9/11? 9) Do I have to buy a business which was operating in that zone pre-9/11? 10) Do I have to continue operating the same business, and can I add new lines/businesses to that business and depreciate that new equipment not neccesarily related to the pre-9/11 business? 11) instead of real estate, can it also be ATM, gaming machines or a rental car company I operate out of that zone/area??? 12) Can it be real estate? 13) If it is real estate, I assume it has to be run as a business so it has to be a rental property and I cannot live in it, correct? 14) What is the maximum $dollar limit of it I can use on tax returns at the federal and New York levels separately?? 15) Please confirm the qualified resurgence zone is still something that can be applied and what the required terms to do so are. 16) What are the boundaries of this qualified resurgence zone according to the actual Law and make a map. 17) if I buy investment real estate in the resurgence zone, will that give 100% bonus appreciation on New York taxes in the first year? 18) … But on the federal taxes, it will not give me 100% bonus appreciation in the first year and only something about 30%, correct? 19) … unless it is also overlapping with an Opportunity Zone, correct? 20) Are there any overlapping federal Opportunity zones in the same geography as the qualified Resurgence zone? 21) The federal opportunity zone investment can only be real estate, correct?
