Wanted: Licensed civil NY lawyer

Seeking attorney, preferably experienced in MedMal (Home Health Aide), wrongful death, nursing home, elder care or similar situations/causes of action. If you do a good job on this, I also always have new emerging personal and business, real estate (Landlord/Tenant), international trusts/asset protection, securities, tax and other legal matters. If you’re also licensed in NJ and/or NV, I can give you even more matters to work on. Looking to add New York attorney to this nationwide legal team assembled to handle multiple issues in multiple jurisdictions. Current NY attorney’s health issues escalated. Almost completely remote work except for occasional required appearances. You should have at least been a licensed attorney-at-law to practice law in New York at some point. If you’ve been permanently or temporarily disbarred or censured or can only work as a law clerk because of these issues but have the above requested experience, that’s ok with explanation as long as you are reliable, and hourly rate will be adjusted downward.
