Wanted: The Bot Whisperer

We are looking to build a business development bot that scrapes social media posts of U.S. professionals looking to hire or get referrals for PR agencies. It needs to collect posts with certain keywords with links that go to the post, including the name and email of the poster, their title and name of company. Needs to have a preview of the post and button to click to connect directly to them on that social media site or their email. A brief with the details is attached, including the dashboard that we initially built on Claude. There are a bunch of social media sites on this brief where I'd like to be crawling and looking, but for now, I'd like to just stick to a few to start. You can build it on any tool, as long as we can easily use it. We are NOT programmers, we are publicists, so you tell us what works. Deadline is June 15. Need to know what it would cost to complete by that time. WE REQUIRE SAMPLES of bots that you have built in the past that scrape and aggregate social media in some way.
