Warehouse Floor Plan CAD Drawing

We are looking for a CAD technician to convert our existing warehouse layout into a professional 2D floor plan. The warehouse layout has already been designed, so this is primarily a drafting exercise rather than a design project. The drawing will be used for landlord approval, contractor quotations and our internal fit-out planning. The plan should include: Internal office layout (shared office, private office, meeting room, welfare area and WC) Internal partition walls and door locations Packing benches and conveyor Picking are and pallet racking Inbound, outbound and welcome/reception areas Furniture layout Indicative locations for power sockets, data points and lighting Room dimensions and labels We will provide the existing building plan, dimensions, sketches and reference images. Deliverables: Scaled PDF Editable DWG (or similar CAD format) Please provide examples of similar commercial or warehouse floor plans you've produced and your estimated turnaround time.
